Visiting the service again after over 1year, this time also very slow service taking over 20 or more minutes for each patient. The staff is not keen to attend all patients on weekends. Not going there again.
Extremely slow service!!! Why do they only have one phlebotomist in the mornings? That’s the busiest time. I watched 2-3 people put their numbers back and walk out because it was taking too long. It’s horrible!
Easy accessible to all
Really slow service. I had to wait 1 hour to give blood and 6 patients seen during this 1 hour. So more than 10 min average took per patient. God knows why?
