There can be a bit of a wait at this location, however, I find that to be understandable given its proximity to shops, transport, the doctors and that there are only two staff at a time. The staff have always been professional yet friendly and made me feel comfortable. They do an excellent job at taking my blood with minimal or no bruising.
The Drummond Street branch closed 45 minutes earlier than scheduled on Saturday. Then I arrived here at 11:30 AM, as they were supposed to be open until noon, but they had already shut their doors, saying a high volume of samples to process. This kind of abrupt closure is inconsiderate and wastes people's time.
Generally thought that an opening time means that’s the time the location opens…. Not 45 minutes later. Clearly they run on their own schedule here. Don’t waste your time. People have things to do and trust your opening hours, update them, your conduct is disgraceful
Never go here for any pathology appointments. Worst experience!!!!!
