Always good friendly service
Once again an excellent experience. Easy parking, no wait (great early opening), cheerful, professional and respectful collector. Didn’t feel a thing (and I have tricky veins!)
Unprofessional emotionless and incompetent. 2 hour wait is not acceptable but on a more positive note I now know everything about the collectors family outings and Christmas plans, wish they worked as hard as they talk to select patients

Very happy with my experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Must have been my lucky day, just walked straight in and was over and done with in about 5mins.. Very much recommended.
