I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this pathology clinic. I went in first thing in the morning for a time-sensitive beta hCG blood test, which was clearly marked URGENT and to be sent to Monash IVF before 4:00 PM the same day. It is now more than 24 hours later and the clinic still hasn’t received my results. This is not a regular blood test — this is the final step of a deeply emotional and stressful IVF cycle. Friendly staff and conveniently located, but the whole building is infested with spiders: in the toilets, in the office, waiting for you when you try to grab a number for the waiting room. Are they heritage-protected like the building?
Very good service. Will definitely be back if I need my blood taken again.
