I went in based on incorrect information I was given over the phone about booking a blood test. When I arrived, there were two ladies at reception. One did not acknowledge me at all, and the other attempted to help but was ultimately unhelpful. One staff member in particular was very unprofessional. Very Poor Service – Disappointing Experience Visited this pathology on the morning of 10th October 2025 and had a very disappointing experience. We waited for over an hour without any communication, only to find out later (through the reception staff) that the system wasn't working. The person responsible for taking samples never informed anyone, which was extremely frustrating—especially since I had my 7-month pregnant wife with me, who was fasting for a sugar test.
