Great service
Went for an urgent blood work: 1. They were training someone and bruised my arm. 2. They forgot to mark it as urgent (the referral had it) and when the supervisor on duty was made aware of this incident, refused to speed it up and said they were sorry abt the confusion but, the bloodwork won’t be treated as urgent as they forgot at the collection center.
I usually have trouble when getting my blood taken, but I had the most wonderful experience here. The lady who did my collection was Nooshi. She is very professional and experienced - I didn’t feel a thing! She was extremely fast and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. I Highly recommend!
arrived first thing in the morning and have been waiting 2.5 hours for routine bloods. find somewhere else honestly.
Long waiting time. Waited over an hour for 5 minutes blood test. Only 3 people were before me which It should’ve been easier to manage
