Olivia is such a gem! She is not only very kind but attentive and professional. She is amazing at her job and can easily put you at ease with her warm demeanor. Did my blood test just before closing time. The nurse is friendly and professional. I was in and out in just over 5 minutes with almost no discomfort from the needle. I'd be happy to go here again to do a future blood test.
Really really poor customer service, Not even a 'Good Morning' while answering the phone, no Thank you and being rude.
