Really really poor customer service, Not even a 'Good Morning' while answering the phone, no Thank you and being rude.
Love the extended opening hours. Tina provided me with exceptional customer service.
I did my blood test from here, and the nurse's skill is very impressed me. It was a painless experience. The nurse is very professional and super friendly.
Very slow and inefficient, lack of communication. I went to get annual blood test, I took a number #6, knocked on the door, the nurse came out and told me there is one patient in front of me, number 5. So she called out number 5 who walked in immediately. But then i was made to wait 45 minutes, and the nurse did not apology or gave me any warning about the waiting time.
