Appalling. I have advised my gp on what happened. While I'm struggling alone with my illness. Dorevitch blow up my phone with a bill for an ECG I paid at the GPs demanding payment. Called their " unmanned " 1800 number, on hold for 30 minutes, subjected to the repetitive recorded message straight out of the 80s " we are experiencing a longer than ususal wait time, please continue to hold", great message when you are terminal and I have already PAID !!
Had some basic blood tests done. The person who drew my blood was super friendly and efficient. The process was as painless as possible and quick. There also wasn't a long wait even during lunch break period. Would recommend this branch.
After trying for 2weeks on and off to speak to accounts there was no response

I had a terrible experience with Dorevitch Pathology and would not recommend their services to anyone. While I was living in Australia, I had a blood test done through my health insurance (BUPA). My doctor never received the results, and when I followed up, the lab claimed there was no record of my test at all. This was extremely concerning, especially for something as important as medical care.
