Was in and out within 15mins. Lady was nice and friendly even when i asked for a smaller needle to to just take blood straight from the hand. While the needle still hurt. It was the least discomfort I've had for a blood test. Very happy

Very disappointing experience. Before my blood test, I provided my OSHC details to staff and believed they had been recorded. I was later informed by the clinic that no OSHC information had been entered into their system when my test was processed. I am particularly disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability. I submitted a formal complaint regarding this administrative error and have not received a substantive response after more than a week.
