Impossible to contact. Called probably a dozen times, phone goes straight to voicemail at all times. Had to call head office to chase up my results after an entire month. Absolutely pathetic!
I can't believe I paid $395 for such a horrible experience. A mid-aged female technician collected my blood at Waverley Private Hospital room around 3 p.m. on 7 July 2022 and was really nasty to me. Throughout the process, no greetings or 'please' were said. She merely said 'come through,' 'have you paid?' 'how do you spell your last name?' 'first name?' 'date of birth' 'arm,' 'finger here.' They called me 3days after my blood collection saying that they forgot to sign on one of the tubes and asked me to go back to redo the blood collection! Omg. Never going back again.
