Terrible!!! Can’t just drop off for testing .. grab a number and take a seat.. no reception to take samples.. oh and while you wait listen to the social club in the exam rooms… on and on and on… you guys need to sort it out!!!
Wish I could give Zero stars. I had booked for GTT (Glucose Tolerance Testing) for my wife (well too in advance), which is a specialised test during pregnancy, done with 10ish hours of fasting, and takes over two hours of stay at the pathology. We went there and found that they didn't have the glucose syrup and hence can't proceed with the test. This is not a "light" mistake in the medical profession. They forwarded us to another pathology and that's where we got it done after over an hour's delay.
