Opens at 8am 4 people waiting first person goes in and 8.20am that person takes 15mins - over an hour wait for the fourth person, so much for quick bloods before work. Find somewhere else! The drive to Greensborough might be better
This just happenned in front of me. It's 2.45 and the technician or nurse or whatever, has already gone home, apparently without explanation and without replacement, An elderly lady has just walked in, she had previously been told to make sure she sees them today, and no one is here. It's cold and pouring rain outside and the receptionist has told her to "write a letter" and that the nearest Dorevitch is in Eltham. The lady who I saw was professional and friendly. My visit to Dorevich at Diamond Creek was a pleasant experience.
Satisfied with experience. Got there at 8am open time, 5th in line, took 45mins to be seen on a Friday. Not quick but the collector was fantastic.
