Just checked Google to get opening times and noticed some negative feedback. It's well known that people just use reviews to vent after one experience that may have good reason but doesn't meet their expectations. I've attended this particular clinic on a number of occasions and have always found the nurses to be extremely good, communicate well and excellent at drawing blood from my hard to find veins. Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried to book an appointment for a 2 hour glucose blood test and was told they don’t do appointments and just to come before they open. Came at 8.15 for 8.30 opening time and no staff member was there by 9am when I gave up and left. The receptionist at the clinic said she had called Dorevitch but they had no answer for when the pathologist would be there. This is a test you need to fast 12 hours for.
