I didn't get a chance to ask what the name of the doctor was, but it was a lady who took my bloods. She was doing everything well and got my blood out well enough, but she had pulled the needle out too fast to the point it hurt more than it should have. She then left a small hematoma which converted into a healing bruise, but this had led to my arm having difficulty straightening and folding. Dropped sample on on Monday. Sent an email with referral and asked for a response. None was received now it's Friday. Appears there is no phone number which will connect you with a human. I have no idea if I will be getting my results at all
Pleasant experience, needs to be open longer on a Saturday.
