Usually very good however on afternoon of 10/2/26 Atrocious service. Rude. condescending female with woeful communication skills and poor attitude was working.
Notoriously long wait times
Visited for a comprehensive private blood test requiring 8 tubes - so a fairly extensive draw. The clinic was busy and appeared to only have two phlebotomists working, but I didn't mind the wait as they were clearly doing their best to get through everyone. I was called into Room 3 by a lovely staff member who thoroughly went through all my tests and asked how I handled needles before beginning. Extremely lovely place to have your test done & the staff are very caring & considerate. There is plenty of parking & a coffee shop with in the building if you are coming from a long distance.
The staff are so lovely at this clinic. I’m scared of needles so I fainted during my blood test. The staff were so patient, kind and caring. They got me water, lollies, laid me down and waited til I felt better. Even though fainting isn’t a nice experience, the staff at this clinic made my experience quite enjoyable in the end.
