Yesterday I attended Albury pathology garden medical centre at 10am. . I attempted to open either door as I could clearly see 6 people waiting inside the room . A staff member inside the clinic saw me attempting to open the door. She ignored me and went inside a room to her right. A women sitting near the door on the inside said they had locked the doors as they didnt want to attend to any more patients. A sign on the door by a staff member would have been more appropriate to advise people they were closed rather than making... read more
Doors locked at 9:30am. Not taking more collections.
I have been to this pathology a few times, they are alright as far as service goes. The reason for the low score is that I had urgent bloods to be taken I show up at 9.10am on a Saturday morning and the doors were already locked. The place doesnt close until 11am. Now I understand the desire to close on time, however in the waiting room was perhaps 10 people.
