Very disappointing experience. I attended this pathology centre expecting transparent and professional service, but instead I was charged fees that were never clearly explained upfront. After questioning the invoice, additional “administration” and “processing” charges appeared that were not mentioned at the time of booking or consent. What was most concerning was that the final amount was significantly higher than what I was initially told, and staff were unable (or unwilling) to clearly justify the extra costs.
