Type 1 Diabetic and I had to fast. I was there before it opened to wait. I literally had to push infront of 2 ladies who were pregnant which they used as an excuse to get in before me. Pregnant....type 1 Diabetic 🤔The nurse was lovely but the male in the main first room was beyond rude and ignorant. Which made the experience highly horrible. He even came in the nurses room while she was doing my bloods to say I wasn't first. Anyone with a brain knows a type 1 Diabetic while having to fast is always first to go in. The staff... read more
Poor experience
A very efficient, professionally run centre.
Worst experience with collection team, As we went there is no numbers to pick to wait, I have asked the collector she said she will wait but, after 30 min she came outside there is no numbers for today , as I have been sick and waiting more then 30 min to give my blood samples but they are playing with patients I seem to be, worst experience. If they are running out of time they need to inform when i said they asked me to 30 min and said we won’t. This is not fair and they are playing with patients
They use a "take a number" system. I arrived at 3.15pm and there were no numbers left. 4 other people arrived after me and had to flag down the staff to get a number before they quickly would go back into the room. The lucky few who got a number within minutes after arriving got to get there tests done. Myself and another person waited for them to come back out again.
