I came in just after 8am on the Saturday morning. There was around 15 people in the waiting room. I waited nearly 2 hours until my name was called. The pathologist was friendly and professional. She did the job so easily without any pain. Thank you. The only problem is it a lengthy waiting time. There should be more staff to work to get the job move quicker.
I’m very disappointed with the service. Each patient had to wait around 25–35 minutes, which felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Additionally, one of the staff members was not polite and did not communicate respectfully.”
