My son had to redo his blood tests a few days ago, he has been going here for years with no issues untill tonight. Waited an hour for a urine sample to be told “sorry I can’t do kids under a certain age” He’s 8 and he was with his dad, which he could have used the toilet whilst there. Unprofessional and lazy whoever was on tonight, it was 15 minutes to closing time at this point.
Lovely young staff member made me feel very welcome, and the process of taking my bloods was very positive.
Joanna was under the pump this morning, being the only person working, with someone in training, and Morwell branch closed as aircon wasn’t working. With so many people waiting, Joanna was calm and explained to us that there is a wait. She was professional, empathetic and kind. Thanks so much Joanna, for making us feel welcome and keeping us all informed. Well done! Regarding Morwell.
