I’m a buyer who was interested in a Garden City home. After getting my offer accepted by the seller, the agent Carol Guru, informed me to schedule an inspection. After the inspection was done, the inspector advised it will take 2/3 days for the report to be completed. After reviewing the report, I contacted the agent and scheduled an appointment to sign the contract with my lawyer being present.
