Doctors great but some really unprofessional reception staff. When trying to call the clinic regarding attending with flu symptoms, I was hung up on. When trying to call back, my calls were screened and when answered, it's like the phone was picked up and the receiver placed on the desk - no response on an open line.
Thank you to the team at Doreen family medical who are always willing to help and Doctor Shadan shows great compassion and support which is greatly appreciated.
The doctors in the clinic would deserve five . But unfortunately the reception in the clinic doesn't deserve any Star. I understand clinics can be busy, but kindness and professionalism at the front desk are essential, especially in healthcare settings. I hope the clinic considers providing better training in customer service, as this kind of interaction can discourage patients from returning.
