I had a disappointing experience with this office. When I initially tried to contact them, it took several days to get a response. I was told to communicate through text, which I found somewhat unprofessional for a dental office. Even when speaking on the phone, the communication didn’t feel very professional. I had reached out because I had a very small chip in my bonding and my wire had broken.
