Living at Dorchester Towers has been an absolute pleasure! The immaculate garden rooftop is truly a highlight — it’s beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful escape with stunning panoramic views. From the roof I can see MGM, the Pentagon, The Fredrick Douglas Bridge and several DC monuments. I have been living here since 2021, and I truly appreciate the area for its convenience, cleanliness, and the abundance of amenities within walking distance. The Dorchester stands out, particularly for its beautiful rooftop garden and the herb/rose garden, where tenants are encouraged to cut and use fresh herbs and flowers such a thoughtful touch. It’s an older building with it’s own older-building-problems, but it has been absolutely great living at DT. I have never encountered extreme noise, unattended to maintenance issues and any seldom bug problems that do occur are well taken care of. The roof garden is lovely to have and their summer pool is newly renovated and looks pristine. For an all-inclusive housing in this area- it is incredibly competitively priced.
