Dorchester Apartments are under new Management. Landlord in the office was fired from the last owners for stealing money now she’s back at it again stealing the tenants money. When they haven’t received any receipts for paying the rent she tell them she need another payment and threaten to evict them with a thirty days notice. She will not tell the tenants who’s the owner so they can report her. She need to be investigated. This is currently happening right now July of 2025. They don’t fix NOTHING!
Crime rate there is pure hell. No wonder it's affordable. Even if you keep to yourself there will always be a problem. I wouldn't recommend if you have kids. It's the hood.
Ladies in the office are wonderful,Polite, helpful. Office even smells really good.
