This clinic is absolutely the worst. I dislike the organization very much so. I had to switch clinics because of their services. I had ordered some contacts for over a month now, and no one has been in touch with me to pick them up. I decided to go in person, and spoke to someone on the phone about their hours and even searched it up. I walked in and they are closed. I would NOT recommend anyone to come to this clinic. The best decision for me was to LEAVE Dorchester House. I am very angry.

Horrible experience, customer service on the phone is horrible, nurse practitioner are unprofessional. Can't see your doctor unless it's 4 months away, no empathy , y'all use to be way better in the 90s, switching doctors asap
