Watch the paperwork you are filling out. I got a $25 charge for one of the forms I filled out. Nothing was stated on such for that there would be a charge to you or your ins company. Left the practice
Like the other review mentioned, they will drop you after you miss an appointment they assign you but fail to inform you of? I had their call lady's number saved and failed to receive any calls for a supposed rescheduled appointment. I only found out I had been dropped from the practice after attempting to schedule a regular visit. All this to a cancer patient too. Sad!
WARNING to anyone who is a patient or is considering. No matter how long you have been a patient they will drop you if you miss 3 appointments. Considering they will reschedule appointments and NOT notify you of them this is quite easy to have happen. They outsource the entire reminder system to some woman who calls you from her personal phone and that is IF she even calls you.
