Backed out of job in the final hour. We had an agreement with Dorchester Door and window to install 12 windows on a house we were purchasing. They refused to sign the paperwork the bank was requesting to process our loan. Even though the paperwork was on their desk for three months, they didn't even bother to read it. The owner refused to sign the FHA Homeowner Contractor agreement, specific for the type of loan we were using to finance the repairs on this house.
