Absolutely appalling care experience, would not recommend for anyone seeking a relationship with their primary care physician as no effort was made to establish a relationship, nor did I feel listened to throughout my care experience. Phlebotomist could have cared less if I were a person or not and made zero effort to acknowledge my existence. Seek care elsewhere
Found her on the Humana website. Changed our PCP with Humana, set up appointments, sent medical records, completed patient paperwork. Got a text THE DAY BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT that she's not accepting new patients and our appointments are canceled. Absolutely unacceptable and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. One star rating is too high.
This review is for the office staff. When I sent in my insurance card and they couldn't open the file, no one bothered to call me and ask that I resend it. When I called to follow up and said I had to cancel my appointment due to them not accepting my insurance, the lady simply hung up on me. It is worth noting that this appointment had been scheduled for two months, and they waited until a week before to verify my insurance.
