This review is for the office staff. When I sent in my insurance card and they couldn't open the file, no one bothered to call me and ask that I resend it. When I called to follow up and said I had to cancel my appointment due to them not accepting my insurance, the lady simply hung up on me. It is worth noting that this appointment had been scheduled for two months, and they waited until a week before to verify my insurance.
Dr. Dorcas Gonzalez is simply amazing. Proud to call her our family’s doctor.
I finally found a family doctor who matches my family’s needs! Dr. Gonzalez is very profesional and thorough. She makes me feel “heard and seen”. Addresses all my concerns. Gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend her.
