We have large south facing windows. I purchased custom light filter blinds hoping that would help. The living/dining room would get upwards in the 80's with the air-conditioning on. I saw an ad for window tint. Do it!!! Best investment I ever made. The owners were a pleasure to work with, wife, husband and son. I was skeptical but it's made a massive difference.
