My daughter was completing a year of residency at Regions Hospital. It was time to return home to New Orleans, before driving 18 hours I wanted to get an oil change and general inspection. I called Doran-King hoping to get an appointment on short notice and they were able to schedule me the next morning at 8 am completing the oil change and inspection before noon! The customer service and price were excellent! Thank you again Doran-King!!
I am very disappointed in Doran-King Garage's assessment that my Jeep needed a new radiator. I dropped my vehicle off at the garage asking them to please replace the thermostat as my vehicle overheated for the first time that morning. Day 2, they told me it needed a new radiator at the cost of just under $1000, but they would not be able to get to it until the following morning. Fantastic shop, great prices and some of the best customer service in the industry.
They were able get me in for some maintenance very quickly. Pricing was very fair and the final price actually matched the quote I got over the phone, that doesn't always happen. Will be back.
