very sad; this place used to be special. used to know how to treat loyal repeat customers & build a relationship with them. we trusted them and they did not disappoint -- took our cars there almost exclusively for 15+ years & referred it to many friends. those type of shops are rare finds and apparently becoming ever more so. suddenly, new ownership swoops in & now they're trying to run it like a midas or whatever typical corporate garage -- the type of place we stopped going to long ago for good reason. total bummer. needle... read more
