As of now, everything has been very good, issues fully explained, options also explained in great detail. I really hope the rest of the process also goes well.
We were fist time homebuyers. Process was ok. Purchase home in early, everyone was kind and very informative in the process. The only issue is, I want new home owners to be informed. Check warranty and purchase other warranty insurance. It’s two years for us and our panel and breaker is bad. Due to improper installation, and the warranty only cover’s a year on a new home. The 2/10 warranty we purchase will not cover it, homeowners insurance want cover either.
