Great business. GREAT owners....! Kenny went out of his way several times this week to recover a couple guys from Arkansas.
I would not recommend this mechanic. Long in the short, I had a very bad experience with this shop. I left after paying an exorbitant amount of money a minor service (replaced air filter) that was installed incorrectly. The owner took efforts to correct the issue however it is very clear that the shop is currently going through some growing pains. Steamboat is also exorbitantly expensive. This morning, I noticed I had a slow leak in my tire, and Doran was thankfully open. Two of the lug nuts had been stripped and they couldn’t be removed to repair the tire. He was extremely apologetic, suggesting I take it back to where they were put in, so he wouldn’t have to charge me for the fix. He filled up my tire, told me to stick to town only driving and refused the cash I offered to him as a way of saying thanks.
