As a former Compliance Officer I had a opportunity to meet Ms Doran and voiced my concern over the maintenance of the room I was occupying at the same time of the hospital facial renovations. She thanked me for my feedback and proceeded that day to update every room on the floor with new furniture, paint and room equipment. She was amazing and I compliment her and her staff for addressing quality of life issues as they arise
