Dr Jones was fantastic with my mom and me. I took my mom in for a toe infection. She is medically complex with stage 3 Alzheimer’s. She spoke to mom with kindness and respect and went along with whatever mom was talking about. She is also a great listener and I can tell she truly cares and has a servant heart. Thank you Dr Jones!
My family visited Prisma Health Urgent Care today when my three year old had a gash in his head and had a great experience, all things considered. The nurse was very comforting when she first visited the room, but the real star was Dr. Doralyn Jones. She managed to simultaneously comfort/encourage/distract our three year old while also clearly explaining our options and what she thought was best.
