Today I visited Doral Gynecology to have a pap smear done by Dr. Vil Natalie. She was very warm, patient, professional and insightful. My last pap smear was done 13 years ago due to the fact it was NEVER a pleasant experience for me. However, Dr. Natalie changed my mind on that. She was so gentle that I felt no discomfort at all for the first time. Christelle, who took my vitals and drew blood was also very professional, friendly and highly skilled at doing blood work. The team members were very professional and pleasant. Though a few of them hadn’t gone to lunch as scheduled, they were still pleasantly attending to the patients. Dr. Vil was very attentive and definitely alleviated some of my worries
Christelle is amazing. I told her i have rolling veins, she listened and was very gentle and successful at drawing my blood. Natalie is also too die for. She was very patient and concerned with my blood pressure. The establishment overall is 10/10
