Jose is awesome. He’s helped us a few times with our AC and every time he’s been quick to get back to us and quick to figure out the problem. The first time we called, he diagnosed a bad blower and fixed it right away. Another time, when the unit was struggling to cool the house, he figured out the problem fast and ended up saving us a ton of money. No show, no call, no answering messages. Took day off of work to be jerked around. No respect for customers. Glad you never showed up after just reading your reviews. There's a hundred other AC companies out there, pick another one.
Jose responded quickly, could have easily charged me more than just a service call considering my system’s neglect. He was friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable and tidy. Got me chilly again in no time!! Thank you!!!
I purchased a new AC unit complete from Dorado AC from Jose the owner. This was in August 2024 , after he left it started leaking water all over the house. He came out looked at it and said I need to change the water drain so I had to pay to have the pipes changed with someone else. The cold weather came and I turned the heat on and now this did not work I again called Jose and he told me he would be there in a couple hours. Dorado air was our contact person for our new home since they are the ones that installed everything. Our house is only 2 years old and we started having A/C problems. We did a lot of things ourself to try and fix it and we did but the problem kept coming back. We called Dorado air 3 times no answer. We put a service request in and did get a call the next day.
