I was into the salon on Monday June 16 for a full head of highlights my appointment was At 2 pm at 5 :40 she was taking the tinfoil off and shampooing my hair . Then she proceeded to blow dry my hair . I said you need to flat iron my hair . She said no blowing it dry will work. No not on my curly hair . I paid over 200$ not impressed. I wanted to cry . Someone should be accountable for their mistakes. I should be refunded 100%.
I went to Dorado's today with a last minute appointment for an eyebrow waxing. I received not only the best waxing experience i have had in a long time,But the human named Jeff? is amazing! My experience was very comfortable and I did not have to tweak them brows at home .Thank you Dorado and your team.I will definitely be back ;)
