The staff was so friendly. Dr. Perez and Osiris did our exam and took the time to make our dog very comfortable and happy. Our dog usually shakes so much his whole vet visit but by the time we left his tail was wagging and he was laying on the ground asking for belly rubs. Our dogs flea, tick, and heartworm medicine was also much cheaper to purchase here than at his previous location. We were very happy and thankful to the staff! Recommend for all pet owners. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Perez. We first met him three years ago, and from the very beginning we knew we couldn’t trust anyone else to take care of Kenzy. Last week, Kenzy had a rhinoplasty and soft palate surgery, and the results have been incredible. Dr. Perez is truly a professional - knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. Discovered Dr Perez about one-yr-ago. He has been very efficient and caring, while offering reasonable treatment options. Our two dogs enjoy visiting Dorado, as do we. All staff are welcoming and courteous. Definitely recommend this pet health facility.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my pet’s scheduled appointment was handled. After being on the schedule for over a week, I received a call—just an hour before the appointment—from the front desk (Christina) informing me it was being cancelled due to another pet’s surgery.
