Amazing! Johnny McDonalds came the same day to fix our unit. He changed the part that was needing to be replaced and cleaned our pvc pipes. Awesome service, very professional, and all done in less than 1 hour. Dorado will be always on the top of our list to call and will recommend them 100% to anyone.
These guys are so good at fixing air conditioning units, that in just 15 months, they've gotten to fix the exact same refrigerant leak in the exact same spot 4 times on the unit they sold me. At this rate I'll get to experience their stellar service 32 times and spend about 3 months sweating over the course of the 10 year warranty.
My AC stopped working all the sudden. Called a few companies and they told me several days. He was able to come same day and got it fixed. Thank you for the quick reliable service 🤙
We had an annual ac check done earlier this year. During the appointment, we mentioned that our ac would constantly kick on and off. The tech did not replace any parts. Now, in August, we have had no ac for three full days because the blower motor died. This appears to have been very preventable and now I have to suffer without ac for several days in the middle of summer. Do not recommend.
