I can not believe how Kay Hunt (the hoa president) talks to future investors and current residents. As long as Kay Hunt has anything to do with the association, I will not be investing a dime into the place! If you are on the fence about this place, do yourself or your loved ones a favor and find another association to live in unless you want to be harassed and bullied on a regular basis.
