Nice staff good food
There should be two separate lines one for To-Go orders & one for guests waiting to be seated. Unfortunately, our experience on July 5 around 7:30 p.m. was disappointing. The hostess was very rude & came across as unhappy. We even politely mentioned that she should cheer up because of how she was interacting with customers. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management addresses the issue. If we’re heard & this improves, I’ll gladly update my review.
Not sure why some reviews are saying the staff is rude! I come in 1-2 times a week and they are always patient and kind even when it’s super busy! Best sushi in town!
Rude staff every time we dine here wether take out or dine in always rude and rushing I repeat my order calmly to make sure it's correct and they snap at you saying "yes I heard you the first time" and when I asked for half sweet half unsweet tea cuz it's always a bit too sweet for me she brings it out I asked is it half sweet half unsweet she raises her voice saying "you didn't ask for that but I can remake it for you" absolutely apaled by this customer service
Food was great service was horrible.
