I had been experiencing drastic changes on my right eye in the past few DAYS. I work at a primary care clinic & have always seen patient being referred out to Dr. Cantu. So I thought my best choice was to go to her practice. I was able to get an app the same day. The front staff were very welcoming and the staff in the back were very professional. Great place, but I called to cancel my appointment and they hung up on me twice. So, I had to have someone drop me off (not paying for parking) to cancel my appointment in person. Never going back.

Booked me for eye exam..Told me that I need cataract surgery. Called the next day and was told that her surgery locations were not in my medical plan. Consulted another Ophthalmologist and was simply re-examined and fitted with a prescription that cured my initial issue.
