Amazing as always. I rarely give reviews but this time Lance went way above and beyond. I was attempting a DIY oil change and had a over tightened oil filter. He made time and also showed me the tool he used (seems like I had the wrong one too). On top of that, he even went ahead and changed the filter I brought for me at no cost. Guess I found my go to mechanic in London.
Been going to Dora Auto Repair for my tire changes and oil changes and I can’t recommend them enough. Family-owned business that actually takes their time to do the job right. The quality of work is exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my car when it had issues, walked me through the repair options without any pressure, and gave me a fair, honest price. What really stands out is the trust, transparency, and professionalism. They are the best.

There’s a reason they’re so highly rated and my experience with them is reflective of that as well. I found them to be very honest and upfront and extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The peace of mind is something you can’t buy that they offer when dealing with them. I bought a car from them and I came from Sarnia and I’m very happy with their service.
Purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 eco diesel from Dora Auto Repair and I had a great experience. They were friendly and genuine. I had a faulty parking sensor a few days later and they had me back in right away with the repair. No worries.
