Ben did a nice job fixing a problem that wasn't his fault. Here's my story. Had 2 different service calls for a home AC unit not working correctly, Ben was not involved in the service calls. 1st service call diagnostic was it's hot out. 2nd service call not Ben on this call either was very thorough and diagnose was a very expensive part. Decided to install new unit. Ben did install the new unit and did a very good job.
