Dor Mar performed a maintenance call on my dryer today. The technician, Zach, was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced one of the defective parts. The dryer is now usable. He will replace the other part after it arrives from the supplier. Zach was able to provide same day service. The scheduling team is always friendly and helpful!
