Chris arrived on time, was friendly, and quickly got to work. What I appreciate most of all though was that he took the time to give me thorough explanations of what was going on, what options I had, and what I should be looking for in the future should other issues arrived. Rather than other professionals who "don't have the time" to explain things to those who are not experts in HVAC, Chris was patient and happy to boil it down so that I could understand and make informed decisions. Highly recommend.
