The duct cleaning itself was very good, BUT, the house was covered with a coating of dust afterwards. Countertops, sills, etc. See pic. I paid a cleaning crew to clean on Saturday, now I have to have them come back and hit the house again. Last time you guys did a job for us, there was zero dust in the house....
Derrick was very nice and explained everything thoroughly to me when he came out to fix my ac unit! Came out on the same day that I called, quick and efficient!
