Derrick was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, though it kindve diagnosed itself with a catastrophic failure during the inspection (not his doing, it was an old unit that had seized up), but was communicative and courteous the whole time. While I hate the circumstances that led me to need his services, im glad he showed up.
