Very nice, knowledgeable young man.
This was our first time using Dor-Mar. We are very pleased with the service we received.Feel very confident heading into the fall/winter season that all will work as it should. Derrick was very courteous and helpful in answering questions.
The technician was very nice. Not his fault. However, Dor-Mar gives you a vague window of time they will come. Anytime between 8 am to 4 pm. Every appointment we have had has been skirting 4 pm. Not worth staying home all day for this.
