Throughout my time at Doppelmayr, I witnessed and was negatively impacted by the preferential treatment of individuals who had personal or familial relationships with senior staff members. Such favoritism not only disregarded qualifications and performance but also created a toxic workplace. El peor lugar para trabajar, en invierno despiden personal porque se les baja el trabajo o los ponen a barrer, a limpiar yardas, cortar árboles, si se accidentan laborando en la empresa, a su regreso, buscan cualquier pretexto para despedirlos, NO SON PUNTUALES EN LOS PAGOS Y PAGAN INCOMPLETO SIEMPRE disque porque el sistema falla, el supervisor Rene es el peor, es el que organiza quien se queda y se va, si le caes o no bien. La peor empresa y una decepción!
