I have been seeing my girl Iris for almost 3 years now and she is THE BEST. I have tried so many different nail salons over the years, including all around Toronto and Ottawa and most of the time I was disappointed. Language barrier But still if they are taking clients they should know how to communicate Prices are expensive Not worth it
I think this business needs to work better on their communication and professionalism. I booked to have my nails done and this was my first time going here and my experience wasn’t the greatest. First of all I spent 3 hours doing a design which shouldn’t have taken so long. The lady who did my nails took for long applying the acrylics and shaping the nails which in all honesty isn’t even straight.
