Having worked closely on several projects for applying precision grease to components, Dopag's regional sales manager, Nick Enderle has been quite knowledgeable and helpful in developing a material list of the best components required for the application. His enthusiasim is contagious and he has been very prompt with returning calls and getting out the proper information. It's been a pleasure working with him and representing such fine, quality dispensing products.
We have purchased an Economix (2K system) which has been set up perfectly to our criteria. The results so far are good. We experienced a courteous service and received responses relatively quickly.
Pumps are way over priced and customer service is horrible. Sometimes it takes weeks to get an answer and often times you receive the wrong product/product information. I recommend going somewhere else before making this mistake.
