I'm sorry, but when I got home I had to quickly bleach my hair and tone it with a purple shampoo. I went in asking for ultra light platinum blonde and left with dark ash blonde which I said in the beginning i didn't want. It was very stressful and disappointing. I haven't gone to a hair salon since I was 13 because I don't trust people to know what they're doing and it feels like I should have just stayed away.
