We used Dooryard Property Management as out of province property owners for our rental and were very happy with the service we received. They were timely in replying to emails and were forthright with information. They notified us of anything the tenants brought up to them and delt with issues that arose in a professional manner. Would not recommend this company to anyone that may be considering to do so. Have been in construction/ property management myself for many years and know the proper way to take care of any tenant concerns. As a tenant on one of their properties now I have a real taste as to how everything is handled. I have had my issues with sound from a neighbor traveling through a so called “sound proof wall for many months, that wakes me up at night from sleep. To this day it has not been resolved. They caused major damage to my property and were incompetent in their care of my homes, my tenants felt abandoned and I don't recommend them. Matthew Hunter is horrible to deal with! Response to reply; A investigation at nbrea was conducted and you were found "at fault", my tenants are witness to your incompetence. A former police chief and polygraph expert said your behavior was " criminal" in his report! Truth can not be obfuscated in this matter, you are a disgrace to property management!
