I wouldn't even give this guy (Bill) one star. I never got past a TWO minute conversation over the phone. So RUDE. I offered right away to send him a picture so he could see exactly what kind of door I have to get an estimate. I've been calling around to other companies to get quotes and this guy has absolutely no customer service skills. With already a one star review, I should've known. My front door was in very bad shape and Bill made it look like new. He put a temporary door up while working on it.
Bill did our doors 4 years ago and they still look GREAT! If you are looking to have your doors resurfaced, give Bill a call!
Just had our front door resurfaced and very happy with his work. We did have to give up our door for a while as he does his work at his shop. This allows correct drying time between coats. He does give you an temporary door in it's place.
